Every list page in the archive announced itself with the same two words regardless of which section it belonged to, while the hub pages above them said something else entirely.
What Was Wrong
The line above each category title was written into the page rather than read from the record. Every list page carried the same two words, which happened to be correct for one section out of three.
The hub page directly above those lists read the same field from the record and printed something different. Two pages, one step apart, disagreeing about the name of the thing the reader was standing in.
Why It Lasted
Nothing broke. No page errored, no test failed, and the wrong word is a plausible word. A defect that renders cleanly outlives one that crashes.

The archive keeps one name for each section in one place. Any page that writes the name itself will eventually be the page that is wrong.
