Purchases

All purchases are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Each limited unit is unique — once sold, that specific unit will not be reissued. Please verify your order details before completing checkout.

Ownership & Verification

Each Strata unit includes a unique verification code and PIN. This information is provided once — keep it safe. Ownership can be transferred to another collector, but this action is permanent and irreversible.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact us at hello@chapellia.com within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Archive Records

Ownership records in the Chapellia archive are permanent. We do not delete verified ownership history. If you transfer your unit, the record of that transfer is stored permanently.
