What is Strata?

Strata is our limited clothing collection. Five characters — NOA, ZEON, KAEL, ROSE, LUKE — each represented by a unique color. Only 100 units per character exist. Once sold out, they are not restocked.

What is a verification code?

Every Strata unit includes a hangtag with a unique verification code and a 6-digit PIN. You can use these at chapellia.com/verify to verify your unit and register your ownership in the archive.

What happens when I verify my unit?

Verifying your unit creates a permanent ownership record in the Chapellia archive. You will receive a digital certificate, and your name (or alias) can appear in the Hall of Fame. Your record cannot be deleted.

Can I transfer my unit to someone else?

Yes. Ownership can be transferred to another collector via email. This action is permanent and irreversible — once transferred, you cannot reclaim that unit.

What is VIP Collector status?

Collectors who own units from 2 or more different Strata characters automatically become VIP Collectors. Own all five characters and you become an Archive Holder — the highest collector status.

How do I know my unit is authentic?

Every unit can be verified at chapellia.com/verify. The verification system checks the code and PIN against our archive. If a unit has already been claimed, the system will show that — protecting both buyers and sellers.

What is your refund policy?

We review refund requests case by case for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact hello@chapellia.com within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

I lost my PIN. What do I do?

Contact us at hello@chapellia.com with your order number. We can verify your purchase and assist you.
